Student Status

Each student must complete an online registration and enroll in each selected course.

Transcript Requests

Students wishing to obtain an Official Transcript may do so by sending a request to the Online Administrator at info@kclinstititute.org. The cost of this transcript is US$30.00

Evaluation of Prior Learning

Your ministry experience and what you have studied will be honored by KCLI.  Students who have completed courses in institutions other than KCLI or have ministerial experience will receive credit for their work. This requires the submission of official transcripts, certificates, diplomas, degrees and/or a ministerial resume to the Academic Committee at KCLI for evaluation. Please email info@kclinstitute.org for an Evaluation of Prior Learning requisition form.

Students Records

KCLI will maintain all official records for registered students. 

Lectures

KCLI's policy requires that all students listen to all lectures for each course to maximize their learning, training and preparation for exams.
