A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Upgrade course is a training program designed for individuals who already have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and want to advance their skills and knowledge to the Master Black Belt level. This course will benefit the following professionals:

Earning a Master Black Belt certification indicates the highest level of understanding of Lean Six Sigma. These individuals are crucial for the determination of the correct strategic direction of projects and for overseeing the roles of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Lean Six Sigma Black Belts within all quality improvement projects. MBB’s possess exceptional leadership qualities and are committed to improving and advancing quality within a business.
This five-day training course is directed at individuals who have earned all previous certifications and therefore have an in depth and meticulous understanding of the concepts of Lean Six Sigma and a wealth of experience in applying them to industry. Our highly experienced and capable trainers apply an interactive and engaging approach to teaching and use case studies to illustrate how MBB’s are utilised within organisations to improve quality and reduce financial expenditure. Delegates will be required to bring along a laptop that has up to date Minitab statistical computer software. The trial version of Minitab lasts for a period of 30 days, so it is possible to time the download so that it remains active for the duration of this course. Details of how to install Minitab are included in your pre-course reading document.
This course and exam has been designed for delegates who have passed Six Sigma Black Belt and wish to build on their knowledge to become Six Sigma experts.
