This CHAMPS2® Foundation Course is designed to provide an understanding of the CHAMPS2® business change methodology. This training course is suitable for a wide range of professionals who are involved in, affected by, or interested in business change initiatives. There are no formal prerequisites for this course, therefore it is open to anybody who would like to obtain a knowledge of CHAMPS2® methodology to manage transformational change.
This 3-day CHAMPS2® Foundation course aims to provide candidates with an introduction to the methodology of CHAMPS2®. The course will also look into the eight phases of CHAMPS2 (0-7), solution evolution, and benefits management. This will give delegates an overview of the basic methodology, purpose, structures, and benefits of CHAMPS2® and a foundational understanding of these aspects. The trainer-led nature of the course will provide candidates with a comprehensive method of learning, including discussions and examples. This will result in an interactive course that will engage delegates and allow them to learn all the necessary information needed to pass the certification exam. This course is accredited by APMG.
The CHAMPS2® Foundation Exam evaluates knowledge of the CHAMPS2® methodology, a framework for enhancing business processes and managing change within organisations. The exam format is as follows:
