Through obtaining the full extent of MoP® knowledge, candidates will be able to use what they have learned in a business setting and prove to prospective employers that they have extensive portfolio management knowledge using the MoP® best practice framework. The Foundation and Practitioner exams are both included.

Portfolio Management allows organisations to make decisions regarding any large-scale change by putting in place change projects and programmes. By earning this qualification, delegates will not only have a thorough understanding of what MoP® is, but also have the ability to practically apply the strategy to specific organisations and their portfolios. Through securing these new skills, candidates can enhance their employability status and demonstrate to prospective employers that they are well-informed, dynamic, and committed to developing professionally.

The Foundation segment is covered within the initial two days and touches on the basic knowledge and theory of MoP® and how it is used within a business. The Practitioner segment will equip delegates with the knowledge to apply the MoP® methodology to a real scenario. Our experienced and knowledgeable trainers provide high-quality sessions and use interactive teaching techniques to ensure delegates retain the knowledge that they have acquired.
