Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ® Certification Overview

This 3-day PMI-ACP® Certification course, taught by our expert trainers, is designed to certify that delegates have experience in using Agile methodologies. Agile is one of the world’s most popular approaches to software development, owing to its focus on flexibility, responsiveness to change, and valuing individual users. As a set of principles and methodologies, Agile does not apply specifically to any one industry and is accordingly popular in a wide range of organisations and sectors. This PMI-ACP® course aims to remind delegates about the basic methodologies and 12 Principles underpinning Agile before moving on to different approaches to Agile development, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile, Dynamic Systems Development Method, and many more.

Designed for advanced Project Managers, passing the PMI-ACP® examination provides proof to employers of an individual’s skill, experience, and knowledge of Agile concepts, making employees stand out even in an environment of professionals with other Agile experience

PMI®, established in 1969, is a professional membership association for Project Managers and those involved with project management and provides globally recognised standards for project management. The PMI-ACP® Certification combines the popular principles of Agile with the rigorous standards and stature of PMI® for the first time, providing certified individuals with quantifiable proof of their Agile expertise. As such, the PMI-ACP® Certification is the fastest-growing certification offered by PMI® and increases the versatility and employability of candidates who are successful in achieving this certification.
